I love to be hired the sooner the better as it allows us to foster a deeper connection. My calendar can also fill quickly, so not only are you securing your spot with me, but you have access to guidance, advice, and presence upon hire!

While I prioritize out of hospital births for my own sustainability and alignment, I support all birth! I can help you navigate the twists and turns of birth whether you choose medicated or unmedicated. I do believe I have a special strength in supporting unmedicated birth and helping women achieve that by utilizing a plethora of comfort measures and mindset techniques, if that is your goal. No matter what you choose, you deserve an empowering experience, and I believe that starts in knowing and claiming the choice to be yours.

I will make every effort to be there! I typically do not plan trips in the days before I go on call for this reason. In the unlikely event I am not able to be at a premature birth, I will always have a back up doula whom you will have the option to meet. I have never had to use a back up doula, but will always have one just in case.

Yes! I include herbal remedies and support in the whole-istic doula package, but if you are wanting herbal support with a lower package or independently, I am happy to offer things like:

• perineal elixir/spray

• LORNA pregnancy tea or postpartum/menstruation tea blends

• womb oil for pregnancy, labor, postpartum or menstruation

• sitz bath herbs

• yoni steam herbs

• bath or foot soak herbs

• tinctures for postpartum or menstruation

Yes! I am happy to create a customized package for you! If you are wanting to add a visit to an existing package please reach out! I typically charge between 125-175 per visit depending on what you are looking for.

In my experience, hiring the right doula is a choice that is not regretted. You deserve support from a woman who is compassionate, intuitive, maybe one who has walked your path, understands the transformative journey ahead and who YOU feel connected to.

I typically serve within an hour radius of Logan. If you live outside of that radius please reach out, depending on my availability I may still be able to work with you!

It’s good to know I do charge a travel fee for each visit I have to travel more than 50 miles for. This allows me to keep my practice sustainable.
