BIRTH PACKAGES
JUST THE BASICS ~ LABOR SUPPORT PACKAGE

1 prenatal visit where we will create your birth plan
On-call support beginning week 37 of pregnancy.
Continuous support throughout labor/birth/immediate postpartum until you are settled (-usually 1-2 hrs after birth).
Casual phone photo/video of birth upon request.

Everything in Just the Basics package plus:
Access to my library of birthing tools and books.
2 prenatal visits where we'll create and discuss your birth plan, go over the basics of birth physiology, practice comfort measures including meditative techniques and mindfulness practices. We’ll discuss and practice ways that your birth partner will be involved and how I can best support and prepare you both for birth. Totaling 2 prenatal visits.
Access to my complete online birth guide full of resources, information, and education.
My printed workbook with journal prompts and exercises/activities you can practice at home.
24-hour access via call or text beginning upon hire.
1 postpartum visit within 6 weeks after birth where we will do birth processing, breastfeeding follow up, mental health check in, grocery pick-up. Up to 2hr visit.
THE WHOLE-ISTIC DOULA PACKAGE

Everything in All the Essentials package plus:
An extra prenatal visit that will go over postpartum education and planning. Totaling 3 prenatal visits.
An extra postpartum visit. At each visit you may also choose between womb massage, foot soak and massage, and help setting up an herbal sitz bath, or yoni steam with blends made specifically for you and your needs. Up to 2 hrs per visit. Totaling 2 postpartum visits.
A birth basket with my own herbal remedies that may include: LORNA tea, a labor comb, womb massage oil, perineal elixir/spray, sitz bath herbs or yoni steam herbs, foot soak herbs or postpartum bath herbs and flowers, postpartum ease tincture and or postpartum tea blend. .
*your postpartum visits may also include light cleaning, laundry, meal prepping, grocery pick-up, baby-care, etc.
A Closing of the Bones Ceremony.
1 nourishing meal or snacks brought to you postpartum.
Please note: Payment plans are available! I also love a trade/barter system and would love to see what offerings you’re willing to trade for partial or full payment.
Lastly, I do a number of discounted/pro-bono births each year. I truly believe all deserve a doula and if your circumstances don’t allow for the financial investment of a doula or if you otherwise feel you may qualify for discounted services please don’t hesitate to ask!

WOMB TENDING SESSION

Womb Tending is a gentle, restorative practice for those moving through menstruation, postpartum, loss, or simply seeking deeper connection with their womb space. These sessions weave together intuitive listening, birth processing, massage and bodywork, herbal support, and ceremonial care to help you release, restore, and return to yourself and find home and healing in your womb space.
Womb Tending is especially nourishing for those with intense, heavy, or uncomfortable bleeds, after birth, miscarriage, abortion, loss, for those that experienced a traumatic birth, or during seasons of transition.
Its important to note as a trauma-informed birth worker, I approach my work with gentleness, consent, and a deep respect for your lived experience. Only moving with and through what you feel comfortable with and at your pace.
Womb Tending may include:
Guided meditation and breathwork
Tea blended to your current needs or ceremonial cacao
Birth story sharing and processing
Castor oil pack
Yoni steam blended to your current needs and help facilitating the steam
Jaw/neck massage (as the jaw is intricately connected to the womb)
Warming abdominal womb massage
Closing of the bones around your womb space
You will also receive a 2 oz bottle of my handcrafted womb oil, formulated to support your womb’s current season. I will show you how to use it yourself so you can continue this practice on your own.
Additional blends of yoni steam herbs, sitz bath herbs, and teas can also be arranged for you to use at home on your own. You may also upgrade to a 4oz bottle of oil if you would like.

Each Mother’s Blessing I host is handcrafted for YOU and is specific to you, your wishes, needs, and comfort level of you and of those supporting you. We will meet together beforehand so we can discuss and decide which rituals would be most meaningful to you and to get a good idea about the guests that will be attending. This way we can make sure all of the rituals/ceremonies are approachable to you and your group.
